Privacy statement

By Lux (LUX Lifestyle & Gifts, KvK 80431666, Boschstraat 96, 6211 AZ Maastricht, Netherlands) processes personal data to handle orders, questions and bookings. We only collect what is strictly required.

Data we process: name, email, phone number, shipping or billing address, and information about your order. When you contact us via WhatsApp or email we retain the message too, where needed to answer your question.

Purposes: processing and shipping orders, customer service, statutory bookkeeping, and (only with your consent) the newsletter.

Retention: invoice data 7 years (Dutch tax obligation). Customer contact up to 24 months after the last interaction. Newsletter consent until you unsubscribe.

Sharing with third parties: only with partners who help us with shipping or payments, under a data processing agreement. We do not sell data.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Send a request to [email protected]. You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
